Orangetheory Fitness Branches Out to Buckhead

When the weather gets colder, comfort food and bulky clothing become the norm, which may lead some of you to neglect that ultimate quest for fitness that you achieved during the summer. However, taking a few months off at the gym can make things that much harder as you try to get in shape for spring.
