Atlanta Parent Magazine is pleased to present Atlanta's premiere family festival, the 9th Annual Family Block Party on Saturday, October 13th, 2012 from 10am- 4pm at the beautiful Mercer University Atlanta Campus. The festival features more than 50 exciting family-friendly activities, live entertainment including performers, storytelling, and local groups, food, interactive exhibits and more!
The festivals $5 admission helps to benefit local non-profit organizations- Athletes on the Rise, Inc., Atlanta Diaper Relief and Camp Sunshine.
Family Block Party promotes fun with your family and focuses on community involvement. It is supported by over 250 local volunteers, individuals and groups. A variety of outrageously fun family activities create plenty of smiles and laughter! Craft booths, huge toddler play area, mobile petting farm, interactive sports games, inflatable play ground, pony rides, live music and more!
