Peachtree Road Race

The AJC Peachtree Road Race in an annual road race held on July 4th in Atlanta, GA. The Road Race is one of the largest events of its kind in the world, with 60,000 participants expected in 2012. We are hosting the ONLY Women's Specific 5K in Suwanee Town Center. This is the second annual running of the shemoves Atlanta 5K, Suwanee. Our race will start in scenic Suwanee Town Center, run along the Suwanee Greenway, and should prove to be a fast course. All pre-registered participants will receive female fit tech tops. Each finisher will be greeted with a Dark Pink Gerber Daisy as a representation of friendship and a symbol of gratitude. Top 3 Overall and 1st through 3rd within Age Groups (Under-14, 14-19 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+, Stroller Division, Fastest Mom & Pup, Fastest Mom & Daughter Team will receive custom awards.

Our Mission: shemoves looks to empower women by providing the support and events necessary to engage in an active, healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Home an endless amount of concerts, comedy shows and sporting events, Atlanta’s Philips Arena isn’t generally known as home to standout fine dining. Well, newly opened restaurant RED hopes to change all that with a concept that lets you spectate the happenings at the arena, while indulging in a meal worthy of second helpings. The location in the heart of downtown is sure to not only attract residents, but visitors and tourists alike. With so many openings of restaurants in the city occurring on a pretty regular basis, only time will tell if RED has any true staying power, but it appears as though they’re off to a pretty good start.
