2013 Coca-Cola Summer Film Festival

Since Atlanta has seen a ridiculously large amount of rainfall this summer, many traditionally fun activities have been put on hold. However, there is one thing that you can do regardless of rain or shine, and that's going to the movies. In this case it isn't your local cinemaplex, but rather a trip downtown to the Fox Theatre to enjoy some classic films as well as newer favorites. The 2013 Coca-Cola Summer Film Festival is in full swing through August 29 th , so grab your popcorn and enjoy! Before the 2013 Coca-Cola Summer Film Festival gets started, you should get there early to partake in a fun and interactive pre-show.

Enjoy a magical pre-show experience featuring Larry-Douglas Embury at the " Mighty Mo " organ, the tradition of a sing-along and a classic cartoon. Larry-Douglas Embury presides over the thunder-and-whisper majesty of " Mighty Mo ," the massive Moller organ that is the centerpiece of The Fox Theatre. Embury is at the controls not just of the instrument itself, but of the lift which brings the organ platform up through the floor onto the stage, to the delight of the audience. If you want to keep things private with VIP flair, why not host a private screening of the selected films for your family and friends? Treat your guests to a screening soiree during our Coca-Cola Summer Film Festival. Host an evening in our private Landmarks Lounge with full food and beverage packages.
