Get your Fix On- The Fix Pizzeria

It's time to get your fix... your pizza fix, that is. The Fix Pizzeria is not your typical pizza restaurant, but still holds a familiar feel. It's the kind of place you walk into and it feels as if you are walking into an intimate, Italian-style family dinner. The Real Fix's interior design features bold colors and dynamic lighting, exuding a warm and welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of Italian trattorias. The 1,200 square-foot restaurant features a vibrant and energetic mood comprised of tiled walls and an illuminated sign that offers a vintage, old-world Italian feel.

While it is first and foremost a friendly, neighborhood restaurant, it is also the type of place that puts its ingredients above all. What does that mean, exactly? Well, for starters only the freshest and finest ingredients go into each pie, replicating the same tastes you would enjoy if you were strolling the streets of Napoli, looking for a pizzeria. The secret lies in the way the dough is prepared, which is through a traditional 96-hour long leavening process, producing a pizza crust that is fresh, delicious and easily digested. In handmade wood-burning ovens, assembled brick-by-brick by master craftsmen from materials made from the ashes of Mt. Vesuvius, the pizzas are cooked for 90 seconds at 900 degrees.

The truth is, The Fix is anything but typical. Known also as " The Real Fix Pizzeria ," this pizzeria is a balanced combination of a casual, welcoming atmosphere, authentic Neapolitan pies, one-of-a-kind original fried pizzas and the perpetually flowing taps of Peroni, creating an unparalleled dining experience for guests of all ages. Craft beer and hand-selected wines are the perfect pairing for your night in old Italy. Hand-crafted using only the finest ingredients, the Real Fix Pizzeria's pies take guests back to the quaint, local streets of Napoli.
