Music Midtown Announces 2013 Performance Lineup

Although it officially begins this week, big plans are in store for Atlanta festival goers to end the summer season, as the lineup for the Music Midtown Festival has been released. Not only are this year's performers some of the best that the popular festival has seen in years, but as usual there is something for every musical taste. There are also big surprises lined up in the form of special guests who likely won't be revealed until they reach the stage. However, if there is one Atlanta music festival that you should definitely not miss, it's this one.

Get your tickets now! Festival promoter, Peter Conlon officially announced the September dates, music lineup and the addition of a third stage to Music Midtown 2013. The festival returns Friday, September 20 th and Saturday, September 21 st to Piedmont Park and features more than 30 artists over two days. "Music Midtown is always evolving and this year's expansion of the festival footprint is part of that. At this time, we're not increasing capacity, our move into Oak Hill will allow us to feature more music on a third stage," said Conlon of Live Nation. "The Roxy stage will be located near the Festival entrance on 10 th Street and feature some terrific talent throughout the weekend." General admission tickets are $40 for a Friday pass, $65 for a Saturday pass or $90 for a two-day .
