Orangetheory Fitness Branches Out to Buckhead

Buckhead, set to open this winter, will be the fifth location to offer the Orangetheory Fitness interval training workout. Orangetheory Fitness is quickly inspiring Atlanta residents with its high-intensity group interval training. The stimulating workout is the first heart-rate-monitored interval training based on science. Each hour-long session results in a metabolic increase that allows the body to continue burning calories up to 36 hours after the workout.
