Orangetheory Fitness Branches Out to Buckhead

When the weather gets colder, comfort food and bulky clothing become the norm, which may lead some of you to neglect that ultimate quest for fitness that you achieved during the summer. However, taking a few months off at the gym can make things that much harder as you try to get in shape for spring. To ensure that you stay fit all year long, Orangetheory Fitness is adding yet another Atlanta location to get you fit and trim as you step into the New Year. Orangetheory Fitness , the dynamic group fitness concept, continues its swift expansion in the metro-Atlanta area with locations opening both inside and ou tside the perimeter by the end of the year.

Buckhead, set to open this winter, will be the fifth location to offer the Orangetheory Fitness interval training workout. Orangetheory Fitness is quickly inspiring Atlanta residents with its high-intensity group interval training. The stimulating workout is the first heart-rate-monitored interval training based on science. Each hour-long session results in a metabolic increase that allows the body to continue burning calories up to 36 hours after the workout. "Orangetheory Fitness is thrilled to find a home in Buckhead. Our rapid growth supports the concept behind Orangetheory, and we can't wait to expand our in-town presence with a fifth Atlanta location," says Pavel Stuchlik, Atlanta Area Developer for Orangetheory Fitness. "We have no doubt that the results of the Orangetheory Fitness program will inspire local residents to continually strive to achieve their fitness goals."

About Orangetheory Fitness Orangetheory Fitness ( www.orangetheoryfitness.com ) is a one-of-a-kind, group personal training workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training. Backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), Orangetheory's heart-rate-monitored training is designed to maintain a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Led by skilled personal trainers, participants use a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, SBT Suspension Training and free weights, burning up to 500-1,000 calories in a 60-minute session. The result is the Orange Effect -more energy, visible toning and extra calorie burn for up to 36 hours post-workout.
