Salt Factory Rub Expands to Alpharetta This Summer

As if Atlanta didn't have a plethora of food festivals and restaurant openings already, here comes another culinary event to look forward to, especially if you live in Alpharetta. Popular gastropub Salt Factory Rub is expanding to include residents north of the city in Alpharetta. You can expect the same upscale dining complete with innovative dishes and inspiring decor. Adored restaurateurs Hicham Azhari and Fikret Kovac of F&H Food Trading Group and culinary director Bob McDonough are set to debut their fourth venture together and first-ever endeavor in Alpharetta, Ga.

The Salt Factory Pub, a Roswell institution, will open a second location in historic downtown Alpharetta mid-July. F&H Food Trading Group's collection of restaurants currently reside on Canton Street in historic downtown Roswell, Ga., and include recently opened, globally inspired OPULENT, New York butcher-influenced Little Alley Steak and the original Salt Factory Pub. A rapidly growing Atlanta suburb, Alpharetta is fast becoming a hub for retail, restaurants and office space. Salt Factory Rub's menu is locally sourced and emphasizes fresh, regional flavors with an international influence.

Signature menu favorites include McDonough's Prince Edward Island steamed mussels, seven-onion soup, London broil and pulled pork tacos. Additional entrees include homemade pizzas and burgers with prime beef sourced from notable Chicago butcher Meats by Linz. The pub will boast an extensive selection of twenty-four draft beers as well as a varied scotch and bourbon collection. With a large patio featuring a bocce ball court and outdoor seating, Alpharetta's Salt Factory will also offer a detailed, dark wooded interior with plush leather banquettes and chairs. Warm woods contrast English countryside pub-inspired lights while large, framed mirrors line the walls.

Salt Factory Rub will be located at 102 South Main Street, Alpharetta, Ga., 30009 and will serve lunch and dinner daily.
