Roswell Lavender Festival 2015 . Chattahoochee River Race and Festival . 15th Annual River Race and Festival. Paddlers of all ages and skill levels will gather at Garard Landing for an 8-mile journey down the a Chattahoochee to Roswell Riverside Park. The Festival is free and family friendly from 10-3.
