We are now two weeks in to my all-time favorite month and there is still an endless supply of amazing fall activities. Don't limit yourself to the everyday average events. Turn your mundane week into marvel and get outside while you can, take in that crisp, fresh fall air and enjoy a festival, concert or parade. Enjoy! Thursday, October 17 th Get your apple pickin' on! You and your family can enjoy some real country living at one of the most popular farms in Georgia. Through the month of October, at the Apple Pickin' Jubilee , you can pick your own apples, milk a cow, watch live pig races, visit the petting farm, take a wagon ride through the orchard, visit the Moonshine Museum and watch live bands and cloggers on the Hillcrest Stage.

If you have never experienced Sketch Works , now is the time. Saturday, October 19 th Boo at the Zoo kicks off! Starting today, Saturdays and Sundays, October 19, 20, 26, and 27. Sample the treats, sights, characters and adventures of the whimsical Zoo Boo Town on four magical days with more than 1,500 animals from around the world. Don't forget your costume! Activities will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Festival on Ponce is an Atlanta arts and crafts festival set in the historic park, Olmsted Linear Park. Visitors will enjoy the gorgeous landscape designed by one of America's most celebrated landscape architects, Fredrick Olmsted Sr. along with over 125 displays of fine arts and crafts, folk and "outsider art".
